Each afternoon will have ample free time to hike, socialize, relax in the salt water hot pool, explore, or just take time to reflect and relax in your cabin. Trip Cancellation, Refunds, and Insurance
All Sales Are Final
This retreat is a travel-based, event-specific experience with non-recoverable costs incurred immediately upon registration. All payments are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Any cancellation made on or before September 30th, 2025 results in a 50% forfeiture of the total retreat price.
Any cancellation made on or after October 1, 2025, through the retreat start date results in a 100% loss of all funds paid.
This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness, personal emergencies, travel delays, or changes in circumstances.
No Cooling-Off Period / Buyer’s Remorse Waiver (Ontario, Canada)
This purchase is not subject to any cooling-off or buyer’s remorse period under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection laws. By registering, you acknowledge that this is a non-refundable travel experience and you waive any cancellation rights that do not legally apply to retreats, travel, or event-based services.
Insurance Requirements
Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Medical insurance covering international travel is strongly recommended.
Participants are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage.
The retreat organizer is not responsible for medical expenses, travel interruptions, or related losses.
Unforeseen Circumstances
No refunds or credits are issued for illness, injury, emergencies, or force majeure events (including weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions).
Travel insurance should be used to cover these situations
Travel Responsibility
Participants are responsible for booking and managing their own flights.
Delays, cancellations, missed connections, late arrivals, or early departures do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Tico Booking Compliance
In accordance with Ontario travel regulations, all bookings are processed through our licensed TICO-registered travel agency partner. This ensures your payment is protected under provincial guidelines.
Once registered, you will be directed to Movement Travel who will process your payment and assist with other travel arrangements if required. Transferability
Payments are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future retreats, programs, or other offerings.
Required Forms
Completion of all required waivers, agreements, and intake forms is mandatory prior to arrival.
